Russian course for beginners. A1- Lesson 1


When it comes to learning languages it may look confusing and overwhelming.  That’s why we are working on a Russian course for beginners, it’s an Anki based one that will guide you step-by-step through your Russian learning journey. So far we released a deck for learning the Russian alphabet and two decks for learning the Russian pronunciation called “Russian with Lenin”.

As mentioned above we use Anki for this Russian course for beginners, some of you are already familiar with Anki, for those who don’t know here’s a quick reminder. Anki is a program for flashcards that helps you memorizing new words, laws, poems and so on. You can download it for free on any device and practice Russian anywhere you want.

Russian course for beginners A1-Lesson 1 uses the common European framework of reference for languages standards. A1 means the learner is a complete beginner (and that’s totally fine), as you already guessed the following courses will be named A1- Lesson 2, B2- Lesson 1 and so on.

Common European framework of reference for languages:

A1- completely beginner;
A2- beginner II (the student can understand and say simple sentences);
B1- Intermediate I;
B2- Intermediate II;
C1- Advanced I;
C2- Advanced II (fluent).

There are two types of decks for the Russian course for beginners: the free one that consists of 680 flashcards and the premium with 2751 flashcards.

The Russian beginner course consists of 381 sentences, 12 dialogues, 270 syllables, 29 words, 107 words-forms and 381 sentences. Take a look at the sentences you are going to learn by clicking here.

 

Syllables:

[v]ль, б[v]м, р[v]ж, ф[v]р, м[v]р, б[v]д, д[v]к, т[v]р, л[v]т, м[v]к, т[v]й, в[v]с, т[v]т, т[v]м, т[v]ль, в[v]м, вс[v], гд[v], зв[v], н[v]ть, ск[v], з[v]ть, д[v]ть, м[v]ть, мн[v], н[v]с, н[v]м

[v] stands for vowel, each syllable included with all vowels substituting [v] position what constitutes 10 instances of each model above

Words:

Nominative pronouns: Я, Мы, Ты, Вы, Он, Она, Оно, Они.

Accusative pronouns:  Меня, Нас, Тебя, Вас, Его, Её, Его, Их.

Dative pronouns: Мне, Нам, Тебе, Вам, Ему, Ей, Ему, Им.

Nominative nouns: альбом, гараж, кофе, виза, фермер, обед, доктор, билет, химик, китай.

Dative nouns: фермеру, доктору, химику.

Accusative nouns: альбом, гараж, кофе, визу, фермера, обед, доктора, билет, химика, китай, правду.

Adverbs: тут, там, только, всегда.

Verbs: звонить, знать, сказать, видеть, понимать, быть (9 forms for each verb included).
